Was it a Ford dealership? The one I was dealing with was not but Carvana was willing to offer 45k which I thought was quite low and they were 4 k less. Timing is everything! I only have 9k miles on my mach1.
Congrats on your first Shelby! What a beautiful car!
I had a 17 I miss to this day. Almost traded my 21 mach1 HP for a 2020 HEP Shelby but the trade was too low. Seems rumor has it a new gt350 may be in the works.
What a horrible situation. I really feel for you and what I would do is ask to meet with the service Mgr and owner of the dealership. If this car cannot be fixed correctly then it would fall under the lemon law at some point. At the least they should offer you an extended warranty at there cost...
Congrats on your mach1! Your driving experience says a lot about your decision and how capable the mach1 is per price point and can embarrass other performance cars slightly above. Look forward to hearing back once you have more time in the car.
I have seen quite a change in the market in value between the gt350 and c7 corvette. As Spring gets closer I feel their will be some good deals available as more of these cars become available. I would like too own another gt350 or a c7 GS. 😀
Update:
Received a call today that my car was fixed. Upon picking it up after letting it idle I did not hear the chirp. I feel very confident the car is as good as new considering the time spent and the tech who specializes in Coyote engines.
This guy is very meticulous and from what I gather...
This reminded me of an article I read a couple of days ago which is not related to cars but to music instead and I thought I would share it. Some noisy neighbors in Cali messed with the wrong dude...lol...
