I took my 350 in for an oil change and to address the rear bumper TSB. The service advisor said she couldn't find a TSB based on my VIN, she even brought out a technician that said it didn't need to be addressed (gotta love that). Is this TSB attached to specific VINs or am I able to bring...
Unfortunately I haven't had an opportunity to dyno yet. I can tell that the power band is much smoother and it feels like the car is pulling harder...might just be my imagination.
I'm currently running their 91 tune with JLT cold air and Borla exhaust; living in SoCal.
I haven't had any problems with their tune and the car runs flawlessly, just had it out at the private buttonwillow event.
DSC tuner
I've had my DSC tuner on for about 2 years now, with three track days. Works great and is very easy to install.
What I noticed immediately about this product is it seems to allow you to feel the difference in the tuning parameters. I always felt that out of the box...
I cannot comment on the NGauge or Lund, but I can confirm that with the Livernoise, you flash and remove, it does not require a permanent mount or to be plugged in.
No you're not going to loose anything on the track. They simply fine the the calibration of milliamps through a 0-100% range of shock rebound and compression based on velocity and G's.
I've had the DSC v2 on my gt350 for a couple of months now. I'd definetly recommend it. Had it on the track this past weekend and it didn't disappoint. Makes the various shock setting much more noticeable. The guys at DSC are very helpful and happy to answer your questions.
Normal suspension...
Really surprised there aren't more members using the DSC controller. It's very easy to install and the results are immediately noticeable. I have been working with Mike Levitas to fine tune the controller and it's been a breeze and very effective.
The Livernois tune was straight forward and...
Installed and tuned the DSC magnaride controller, Livernois 91 tune, MM camber/caster plates, DSC recommended alignment specks, installed my MGW shifter and Schroth harness...track days here I come. Its been a busy week.
When I took my 350 into the Glendale Ford dealer for the recall, it took them 3 weeks to get the service done. 1st week to order the part, they don't just pull your VIN over the phone, 2nd week, to order the connectors because not all the proper parts arrived and the 3rd week was install...
Are you able to install the rear harness mounts of a Scroth Quickfit pro through the back seats, or do they need to be removed completely. On that same note, if the back seat needs to be removed can you reinstall the rear seat and leave the rear mounting brackets of the harness attached for...
This install is not beyond me, but I just don't have as much time as I used to. I was hoping some of you might know of reputable installers in the Los Angeles area, or maybe one of you is local and has done this? If you know of a place or are interested in helping me for some beers and bucks PM.
I'm taking my track pack to West End Alignment in Gardena in a couple of weeks to get my camber/caster plates installed as well as 4 wheel alignment. I wanted to get some impressions as to what alignment specks people are putting other cars.
I know what FP recommends and tire life is not...
Haven't heard much talk on the forums lately regarding the magneride tune available. Wanted to see if anyone out there has installed this and what their impressions are.
Ram Mount
I've had plenty of experience with the Ram Mounts in my tracked Mini Cooper. Using Harry's Lap Timer and the Ram Mount gave me flawless video.

I'm hoping someone you folks have a a recommendation for mechanics that install aftermarket parts. I like to DIY, but kids, wife and a business come first. I've got an MGW shifter and camber/caster plates that I'd like to get on. Northern Los Angeles would be preferable.
