I to had this problem in January 2016. I had a large chunk of brake pad material become fused to the rotor. Ford replaced the 2 affected pads for me. Here's the thread for it.

Well...You can now add mine to the list. Same drivers side. Although mine has 2900 miles on it, I do believe the grease has been there for a while. This was the first time I had taken the tire off since I got the car and it is smeared with grease on the inside.
Mine was built on 10/27 and released for shipping on 11/20. Got stuck on the rail yard in Lexington Kentucky for week and slowly made its way south from there. It then made 2 stops in SC before finally making it to the dealer on 12/3. Drove it home on 12/4.
I to would like to know if there is a way to lock it in sport mode. I heard a rumor about Ford Performance developing a Track Key similar to that in the Boss 302's.
Can anyone shed some light on that?
Update,
Dealer has pulled off both rotors and pads to look at them. The rotor themselves are fine but the pads on the passenger side were missing a "quarter size" piece of brake pad material and had damaged the rest of the pad when it drug trough from braking.
Ford is replacing the pads.
I'm curious if anyone has had any brake related issues?

Let me tell you about my experience on delivery (ordered the car on 8/18/2015, built on 10/27/15, delivered on 12/3/15 and picked up on 12/4/15 Chassis#...
