Same here. Take out and disconnect the entire sync box (the black box behind the old display) to give yourself more room, pull out the CD player / tuner as far as you can. I had this issue too, the white connector needed a good push to click in, at least mine did. I don't know if something was bent.

Go to settings (the main settings, not the nav settings) and turn nav speaker on. BUT it won't give you voice commands at all

It would of had to of been the internal memory. The SD card only has the maps and Primo info for the nav. I plugged the card into my laptop to see what was on it before
