OPG failures are the common cause of engine failures on coyotes/vooodoos with FI especially, but it's also a common cause of failure in many many other vehicles with highly modified engines. OPG failures means instantly no oiling and metal bits going around your engine. Not good.
I have my belly pan off about to tear into it. I'm not seeing how you guys are getting to some of the front pan bolts without moving the steering rack or raising the motor. You guys all been able to do this without moving the subframe, rack, or motor?
Sounds like a giant pain in the ass for about 4 seconds of lubrication, but definitely smart to do it. I'd imagine if I took my car in to a shop to get the OPG installed, I highly doubt they would go through the trouble.
It means its brittle. When you bounce of a limiter you get that quick direction change that can send harmonic shock through the gear and shatter it.
billet is more flexible.

Hey do you guys change the jounce bumpers when you do the lowering springs? I am about to do the FP springs. Also I see the handling package with sway bars includes new bumpers, so not sure what to do?
Backfiring on e85 is fairly normal I wouldn't worry about it. the lund tune does it occasionally also, similiar scenarios getting in and out of throttle or between shifts every so often.
Does anyone have any device that can show spark advance? I'm curious how much timing the stock pcm is giving you guys. The lund tune does 31 deg at WOT with E80 in the tank.
Question for boosted guys: To get manifold pressure logging, do you guys run the boostbox from lund or do you guys hook up your eboost2 or other controller/gauge analog output to the ngauge analog input?

Does anyone know any easy spots to get wires through the firewall on a GT350? When I did my GT, i actually drilled a hole in the firewall behind the battery box, but i'd prefer not to do this on the 350.
