The PP2 wheels are sweet - not sure why you think they're not killer. I think they're way nicer than any of the other wheels available for any spec GT.
If buying sports cars or pony/muscle cars represents a 'mid-life crisis', mine started when I was 21 and bought my first one, a 1982 RX-7 GSL manual transmission.
What is considered the best manual tranny gearing ratio to go with for the most fun accelerating without it winding too high at highway speeds, or massively impacting top end?
I'm referring to people (not driving GM vehicles) swapping in for Chevy engines. Why would drag racers (like the ones on Street Outlaws) who spend tons of coin on their cars, be swapping in engines for their cheapness?
Since they're literally same engine and tranny (other than an extra gear for the Vette manual) I doubt that. The C7s are quite excellent and Chevy's engines are as near bulletproof as you can get, IMO. Why do you think so many people swap them into drag cars, including Mustangs?
