  3. Is 775+ HP on stock motor whipple stage 2 doable?

Those numbers are easy. All you need is a fuel system/injectors e85 and a good tuner. See my numbers in my sig. most whipple s550 need 3.500 to go over 800. I’m on a gen 2 head. Over 35k miles on my setup and climbing. All on the 3.625
  4. Whipple Gen 3.... please help with the setup..

800 whp is easy. having the 10 rib and damper will help the cause. i made 804 whp and 796 whp both dynojets on a gen 2 whipple 2.9. on e85. 11.6 psi and all i have is full exhaust and oil pump/crank gear on a 1050x injector. your recipe is 900 whp if you wanna push it. since stock block...

  11. VMP stage 2 or Paxton beefcake stage 2

it all depends on what you want from the vehicle. my setup makes 580-610 torque at the wheels from 3400-7000 rpm at only 11.6 psi with 800+ whp my whipple does great for such a use-able power band. TVS are even better at low-mid torque. if you want crazy top end pull centri 12-16+...
  12. 1st time to the track with the Whipple!!!

  13. New tune, no knock, 772whp

  14. Shopping for winter tires

find some base 18 inch wheels and use base size 235-50-18 will handle like jello over 50+ degrees but the car will be a TANK in the snow.
  15. Whipple plus nitrous?

counldn't agree with you more. but i know the top two or raved about tuners now are lund and PBD. there's plenty of other people/tuners/shops that can tune. just dont understand why it's black and white where PBD is the only option especially on this forum.
  16. Whipple plus nitrous?

a whipple canned tune brings the most saftey and driveability to the table i wont argue that. but if you keep it stage 1-2 keep it that way from whipple. From what i feel if you are gonna add anything more than a catback you should tune. here is a video. both cars are: 2015 GT 6 speed...
  17. Whipple plus nitrous?

as long as the block is strong enough and fuel n tune is up to par...torque and cooling for the spray as a dual adder car will take it to a whole new level. even just comparing to pulley down...spray will prevail. big boy cars are dual adder or turbo. if my block was built would have a shot...
  18. Mcleod RST vs. 800 rwh

chi installed my clutch NA first drove 2000 miles. it was good. i did a 91 octane tune with my SC first then followed by an e85 tune. my street pump gas tune made 674/548 within the 800 hp flywheel rating. i do NOT suggest this clutch. speed shifting or flatfoot shifting (which i never do)...
  19. Next mods

axles and drive shaft wont help with putting power down. axles will prevent breaking if wheel hop occurs. i would post all suspension mods. and sticky tires will make a world of difference. the drive shaft will probably cause more spinning--less rotating mass will free revs and...
  20. Header Question

you very much should get a tune once headers. once i was intake/headers and exhaust on canned tune for the intake as soon as i went to in 1000+ elevation i'd get cat codes p0420/p0430 and the car was running lean (aka not enough fuel) i stopped driving it asap and had a custom (on the dyno) tune...
