Glenno, make sure you keep us posted on how this goes. One would hope that a reputable firm such as Tickford wouldn't make claims that they couldn't back up, but who knows, stranger things have happened. Hoping it is true, I can see a trip to Sydney and a slightly lighter wallet.

Picked her last week, 10 speed auto, Magneride, Recaro's and rear wing. Absolutely love the colour, so many different shades in different lights, also impressed with the way the 2018 drives, especially with the Magneride. Active Exhaust is such a hoot, have just installed the Mishimoto H...
The problem with the touring resonator is that it is only 2.25", so puts a bottleneck in the middle of the exhaust, I currently have 2.5" from the headers. Borla did confirm the size of the touring as 2.25"., otherwise I would have gone this way.
Had Hurricane Headers fitted, matched up to a Borla S Type cat back system just before Xmas. I loved the sound of the Borla , unfortunately it is now way too loud with the headers and hi flow cats.
Been looking at various options to quiet it down a bit, one of the options I'm considering is...
I was looking at this, the only problem with the touring resonator is the 2.25 inch inlet, makes it a bit hard with a 2.5 inch system. Not sure if you can change the inlet on touring resonator to 2.5 inch?
Has anyone fitted headers with a Borla S Type cat back system?
I have just had a set of Hurricane Headers installed, mated up to the Borla and it is now way too loud and raspy. I liked the sound before, but now, it would wake the dead :eyebulge:
Any ideas on how to quiet it down without...
Installed the Ngauge in the dash today, quite a neat fit.:D
I noticed the readings on the Ngauge differ quite a bit from the car, like the IAT was 15 degrees cooler on the Ngauge than what the car was showing, anyone else noticed that?
Install was easy, only took about 30 mins including removal of the existing one, only thing I haven't done yet is completely remove the sound tube from the firewall, that looks like it might take a bit of doing
Fit and finish of the JLT is spot on, you will be very happy with it...
Installed the JLT CAI and Lund Tune today.
Wow, the car now pulls like a 15 year old school boy:shocked:
Throttle response is amazing, totally different car to drive.
Next up, Hurricane Headers, just to help keep the smile on my face :D
Hey guys
Going to be installing the DRL's shortly via the cut a hole in the bottom method, what has everyone been using to hold in the LED boards and stick the cutout back in with?
Was looking at some Sikaflex 252 or some JB Plastic Weld. Wanted something I could pick up locally.
Any thoughts?
That's the one I was looking at, pretty good price. Just wanted to see if anyone has one installed on an Aussie Stang and what they are like. Looking at doing the install myself.
