I figured that was probably the case after I fiddled with it for awhile.
Weird that it failed with literally no mistreatment, no sign of stress to the part etc. Like a clean break along a line where there was a injection problem or something. Bah. Guess to the Ford dealer I go.
Thanks. Any...
ok... I've tried like. 4 or 5 times and different ways to get these images to stick. They'll upload, and be visible, and I check back in 20 minutes and gone. ?? Sized down, linked, uploaded, none of it worked.
So direct links it is I guess

As promised. Pictures of said clip.
Only thing I see is that in picture two, there's a sort of "curved" area coming from the tall post, facing the camera, which has a different texture visible to the plastic. This may be a 'break point' though there's no stress cracks or fatigued plastic...
I'll be posting with pictures later today, but I was curious if anyone else had this issue or recommendations.
Basically, in standard use of the sun visor, not being rough with it, twisting it, or otherwise, I had half of the sun visor clip just..fall out?
I inspected the panel that fell and...
Just to be clear, the backfire is because of the valve timing differences between a direct injection engine and port injection?
That at least is my suspicion, and would also mean you shouldn't typically need a metal manifold since a backfire isn't optimal no matter what and would be developed...
I'm in Odenton, I also grew up in SP.
On wednesday nights there is a meet (couple of S550s show) at Nautilus diner.
That said, as cold as it is, I'm probably not going for a few months.
What's not to understand? Colder air going in pre-turbo will result in a mutually colder air leaving it.
The delta doesn't change (the amount the turbo heats up the air) so, if you have 45* going in and you add 120. now you have 165* air, if you start with 70* Air then you still add 120, and...
Do you know if you can keep the grill shutters? I haven't seen any install instructions but Levels is where I'm most keenly looking. (also curious about potentially installing without bumper removal)
There are others to convince too! Also..I'm local!
Seriously though. Trying to decide what intercooler to go with has been hard enough. Trying to decide what turbo path to let this thing breathe is that much harder. (It doesn't help that what turbo informs what intercooler etc. don't want to...
Reasonable kits (potentially including the RTR though it isn't released yet.) Are really more like 200 dollars a corner or less. Honestly if they are well crafted and actually fit the car and have good style decisions the cost makes sense.
If you think you could do fenders for 10 dollars..I...
Agreed Kevin..
this is much more preferable if you ask me.

It also carries practicality in the panels being much more repairable. Instead of adding a bunch of weight in bondo mud and body work to make it seamless.
I generally agree. I do intend to get the blank rear panel, but for the front grill I'll likely be dipping the chrome mustang. Its not my preference but it's a tie-me-over until I get the RTR Grille pack. (at least that's what I'm leaning towards)
Jeff closer by quite a bit to you is the Wednesday night Nautilus diner meet ups. It's not Mustang focused but there are a few S550s that show up. it's on Rt 3 so you could take 50 to 3 North and it wouldn't be so bad a trip.
That said, its at nights, and it is rainy and gross out tonight I...
I mean. I know they aren't properly sized. Not my first rodeo. Yeah the speedo is off. Traction control wise, I don't think it effects anything since the wheel speed sensor is mounted inboard. If anything it'll just be more active than necessary.
I'm also well aware it looks a bit dopey in the...
I'm looking to do 3M Crystalline including the front windshield in clear. I'd also consider getting the roof wrapped in black or 3M faux carbon.
Does anyone have any shops they recommend with experience with the product?
