So I have a little over 20k miles on my 2015 Ecoboost with Auto and PP. Only mod is 93 stage one Cobb tune for a little under 1k miles so far.
I recently noticed a weird throttle response when at about 1- 1.2k rpms. I've noticed it in 4, 5, and 6th gear - but mostly 6th.
I'd be not...
So this morning, I started my car like I always do and was driving. After about 3 minutes of the car being on, I was at a red light. Noticed the chassis was vibrating randomly a tiny bit. Like it was shaking. Looked and my RPMs and saw it sitting about 600/700 but it was going up and down...
Ah you're right. They put a check mark with the image that has the barcode then on the bottom say "Yes - this vehicle is not equipped with a high flow crankcase vent oil separator system. Proceed to Step"
I agree. That seems very high. Many people were holding out so that the tune is warranty friendly. Well, if you want warranty, you gotta shell out another $500. It would probably end up being close to $1000 for a tune+warranty+installation
Mine was worse than that. IMO that's is not worth replacing. A simple touch up with paint will fix it. You won't notice it once it's fixed unless you specifically look for it up close.
If the scratch isn't too bad, you can save yourself some cash and just fix it.
The official way is to sand it and paint over it, but I just repainted mine (it was mostly the lip that got scuffed).
The official color for the wheel is M6373-W.
I bought this...
It honestly sounded pretty good. Very deep tone for an I4. No rasp or "bee" sounding. I just prefer stock noise level for my long-ish daily drives. Hope this helps
I had the street series catback installed last weekend but I learned that I prefer a more quiet ride for my daily... so I am selling it :(
It was only on my car for a few days with less than 150 miles on it...
My loss is your gain.
