I was looking on Roush's site for a replacement air filter, that came with my 2.3L S/C kit, not having any luck.
I know they are washable, but mine is looking pretty ratty after 3-4 cleanings, any suggestions?

I'm looking to get a little more MPH out of my 1/2 mile runs, thinking of swapping my 3.73 ring and pinion out for 3.55.
Was wondering if anyone had done that yet and any issues to look out for.

I see an abundance of info on wheel fitment, but does anyone know what clearances and max wheel/tire sizes might be with typical coil over setups?
I am looking specifically at the BC Racing Coilovers, and this question just hit me as I was about to order. If you're local theres a beer in it for...
I'm wondering if this is a trend with these manual transmissions, I am a member of an s550 group out of Atlanta with 150 members and we have 3 boosted vehicles that have lost 3rd gear.
You might say well that's not bad that's less than 1% but I know Ford to be a manufacturer that follows the Six...
Ok somebody school me on the why of having staggered wheels on these cars? I've got (or had) two complete sets of the 19" PP wheels and was going to just run 19x9 all the way around. Didn't know if the 19x9.5 would fit on the fronts to do a set of those, now that I trashed one of my 19x9s.

Does anyone with experience know the quickest, easiest way to swap out the IRS Pumpkin on the s550?
I want to do some experimenting between my 3.73 and a 3.31 during a 1/2 mile shoot out next month, but just the instructions for changing half shafts looks too time consuming.

Interesting fact, the KITT Knight Rider movie cars just went across the block on Barrett Jackson. Both 2008 GT500KR models, one normal mode the other attack mode. The normal one sold for $43k the attack mode for $32k
So.. I had my PCM flashed when the S/C was installed, now I'm swapping my rear end ratio, I know that is changed in the BCM, but would any of those factors come into play or need to be retuned due to the fact Roush needed my VIN number for my programming and now my configuration is different...
My air intake ( which is routed right over the exhaust manifold) gets soooo hot just from a mild 5 minute ride home that you can not remove it with bare hands.
I've contemplated wrapping it with header wrap, but think it might come out looking trashy, I wondered if the OEM exhaust manifold...
I've had a white '66 named Betty,
'78 King Cobra just known as "The King"
a '86 SVO I called the "BoosterSeat"
a '13 GT called Sally
and my new '15 S/C PP GT named Sellay... she's more sophisticated and sexy than Sally.
I do love my mustangs.:ford:
