sorry for the picture problem. Having problems with photobucket. Hopefully get it fixed today. As for the price, I state in the listing to make an offer and shipping will NOT be included in the price.
I took these parts off my car at 1000 miles. I don't have a picture of the body kit as it is wrapped up in the box the aftermarket kit came in. I assure you it is in awesome shape. Make me an offer on all or part of it. Shipping will not be included so please don't ask. Local pick up is...
yes we noticed that. It only shows up in the pics. It's not visible when looking at it with the naked eye. We will still be bringing it to address this as it bugs us when we look at the picture.
I have never heard of this problem. I don't know why adding an amp would affect your radio reception. Have you asked JL if they have ever heard of this? What does the shop say the reason for this is?
As some of you know, I have a thread on here titled "High End Audio Build" showing the build of the audio system in my car which is also my demo vehicle for my shop. I just thought I would share another Mustang we just finished last week. This one wasn't taken to nearly the extreme as my...
we didn't have to modify the panel. We actually used the factory plastic baffles. All I had to do was drill new holes in the baffle and then we sound deadened the baffles.
here are finished pictures of the audio build of the car. I won't bore you with the build details. If you want full details then look in the infotainment section for a thread titled "high end audio build". The entire build is cataloged there.
Here is a picture of the finished amp rack behind the seat. Sorry for the poor picture quality. We will do some professional photos hopefully next week of the entire build. The badge at the top is our company logo painted white to match the car and the shift knob.
Thank you for the kind words. We are very pleased with the outcome. I will post pics of the amp rack once we have time to take some good photos. I have iPhone photos but they don't look nearly like the other ones we took. Car sounds incredible!
not a ton of issues. we did have to go back and shave a little off the front baffles. The wiring is very tight in the amp rack so it took twice as long to wire up. We are considering front loading the tweeters as the factory grills are a little more restrictive than we would like. Biggest thing...
thanks for all the info guys. Short story is my dealer doesn't know anything about the diffs in these cars (as I didn't really either). So they replaced my diff for no reason.
I have a 15 GT with the performance package which as you know has the 3.73 gears. From the day that I purchased the car new it has had some weird issues with the rear diff. For example, making a turn from a stop it would chatter and skip. I just assumed it was due to the possi style diff that...
Not sure if my tech wants to do this one over. He currently has about 50 hours into the enclosure and amp rack. All said and done there is a little over 100 hours into this build.
