All ford ESp warranties just went up bigtime specifically for the gt350. You can still get the warranty, Just will cost more. I ordered thru flood ford on one of my previous cars and had no problems getting work done at a local dealership after basic warranty was up.
Cant answer that. One of my best friends is the Master Tech at JMS and he was texting me as they were dynoing the car. Car came in with the headers and everything already installed on it. so no baseline numbers were available.
I know JMSChip had a GT350 on their dynojet it make 538 rwhp. mods were: JLT Intake, Full headers without cats, race fuel. Tuned by Monty @ JMS.
Full exhaust, Intake and Tune will get you 500-530ish rwhp. good fuel makes a big difference.

I know on previous mustangs I have had, no tune was required because the air going in the throttle body is after the mass air flow sensor and has already been measured and adjusted for by the CPU. (Or something like that)
