Everything can be fixed didibabawu. Point out all your issues at your next complimentary service. As Drewbo pointed out, it looks like the moulding isn't properly secured which is causing the problem, this can be fixed. The bonnet pinch can be rectified too on the day of service and the latch...
Make sure you touch up the drilled bare spots of sheet metal and let it dry before you install, this will reduce the affect of rusting, and a spot of silicone applied from under the decklid, this will eliminate any leaks. Spend some time and do it right. ;)
That rocks Allan. It sure is aggressive and bold. Mine should be coming from Anderson's in February.
Would love to see pics when it's done, it'll look awesome!!
Count me in for a couple Kevin.
My thoughts, the silhouette of the vehicle to be black to add more contrast from the pony, and the font on the number 6 makes it looks like the letter G at first glance.
I guess you have made up your mind.
Need4SpeedMotors is there a specific wheel cleaner that you recommend to clean my 6GRs? Looking at using the Gyeon Q2M Iron (Ph nuetral) and wanted to ensure no harm to the wheels.
My recommendation is to start with the basic application of changing gear by pressing the clutch down to the floor and then proceed by disengaging out of 1st, feel the shift going through neutral and then move down to 2nd, instead of one swift movement. I'm not telling you how to suck eggs...
Shane you sure it's sap or bird poo? Sap would dissolve where as bird poo contains uric acid, corrosive enough to eat through paint and in your case vinyl. It looks like from the photo it has corroded into the colour. When you come over I will give you a fresh clay bar to go over it.
I think the glass is very weak on this model. Was on the highway and literally saw a stone flick off the rear of the vehicle in front of me. Hit my windscreen on the lower part of the passenger side and left a very very minute chip, hardly noticeable.
I can read it in your posts and you lurking around :D the 6GR threads that you love this wheel. They will match your beast perfectly, which by the way is coming along quite well . Alex will certainly certainly look after you.
lol..good eyes Burkey. Haven't had time to clean the oily hand/finger prints. Gloss mate. There is room to go lower of course, but have to trial it to see if there will be any rubbing on the front, doubt it would, the rear has room. Will certainly lower it after the new year when it goes in...
