I hear what you are saying. And yes, I was using track times as the primary comparison. The V6 1LE gets eaten by ANY Coyote in a stop light race. More than just track, though...AutoX results will resemble the track times. The age of the test is irrelevant. It's a Gen to Gen comparison. Value...

I used to pull on WRX STi's in my Mountune Focus ST. I can't imagine a WRX pulling on a Coyote unless the driver boned the launch.

In 2013, you could buy a GT, BOSS302, BOSS302 LS, GT500, (and only including here because you did), the Focus ST. Saying the 350 production stops because of the 500 isn't based on past practice. The GT350 and GT500 are going for different segments. (Track vs Drag/Cruiser)

To be fair, the 2015 VINs are 'instant classics'. I was only relating this as it relates to my own experience trying to acquire a 2016 350R.
