    Update... the fuel pump replacement did not fix either issue. The pump proved to be faulty, but something else is causing these issues. Car is going back to the dealer tomorrow for further diagnostics. At this point, I feel it is something more serious in the PCM or something along these lines...

    Touche, I'll give you that. Probably a little more left in the calibration. Yes, they are very quick, its the 10r80, such a good transmission. It is hard for them to trap that high. They need weight reduction and proper fuel.

    Read the mod list again... carefully. An 18 manifold would be a nice upgrade over his existing manifold, however, not 50whp. It would probably bump it to 420-430. E85 won't make that much of a difference either, 5-8whp or so. Kris
