I have had the Phase 2 since it came out. Had the Phase 1 since it came out. I wouldn't say it's night and day but it is definitely stronger. It hits about 4000 rpms and pulls like a freight train. Definitely a noticeable difference. Already can't wait for Phase 3. I put on 305/35ZR19...
For anyone running the NT05r in the rear....what tire pressure are you using? Had mine on for about 500 miles now and I am thinking about playing with the pressure but if someone has figured out the pressure, well just makes more sense than me playing with it.
Currently running 35psi btw.
I will take a picture tomorrow of the tap location. I have a Roush blower so there was a perfect location on the pass side manifold.
The gauge mount will be here tomorrow and I will take a picture of that as well. Decided to put it on the dash driver side. It's the Roush boost gauge and...
Ok finally got to play around with it. Poked a coat hanger through and couldn't figure out where it was hitting. Had someone else poke around while I was watching from the inside....couldn't see it. Took off the gas pedal which was only 3 10mm bolts and voila. Hanger and grommet directly...
Saw the grommet...did you have to pull the gas pedal off? I was trying to go through the wire loom location and got a little aggravated. It kept getting hung up....everything other car it's where I would go through. When I noticed the grommet I could not seem to find same part on the inside...
Got my boost gauge wired up tonight and installed my tie in to the manifold and capped it off until tomorrow.
Where are people running the boost tube through the firewall? Looking for best/easiest location with a pic or two if possible. Did a search and didn't come up with information...
Install was easy. Had a small issue with my crank sensor throwing a code because it went to the default location...hooked up an IDS and everything is calibrated correctly.
It has been raining all day so no testing. Was able to push it in 2nd gear a little bit. It hit just over 4000 rpms...
Should be here tomorrow by way of UPS. Back seat is pulled, rear trunk spare panels pulled.
Kyle - stupid question...the plugs for phase 2 show a gap of .90. The phase 1 came with plugs gapped .90. Are they a colder plug? Do I really need to change them out? I only have 7500 miles on my phase...
Sorry but I feel the need to chime in. If you want to keep any existing warranty you do not need to upgrade. A gun is not being held to your head. There is a price to play. We are talking about a system that you can bolt on and add just an ass hair shy of 300 extra horsepower over stock. If...
