2015 Mustang GT 6 speed 26,xxx miles. 12000 miles with the supercharger on it, never tracked or launched. I have all the original parts except the hood blanket and exhaust that will go with the car. I also have the Kenne Bell programmer with the original tune. Kenne Bell 2.8l Liquid cooled...
  2. Just got off the phone with Kenne Bell....

There are no modifications required on the KB either.
  3. What's so wrong w/ Kenne Bell?

I have the 2.8 LC on my 15 and could not be happier. Like other people have said the Whipple is also a great option but I wanted something different. I am not looking to blow my motor so I opted to stick with the stock tune and have had it for close to 2 years and I am still happy with it. As...
  4. Supercharger without custom tune

I have had a Kenne Bell 2.8 liquid cooled SC on for 2 years now with the stock tune (12,000 miles total of 24k on the car). I have had zero issues with it. It puts down around 641 to the wheels and is plenty enough to get you into trouble. I did the install my self in the garage and was fairly...
  5. Boosted Engine bays!

I guess I will rep the Kenne Bell.
  6. Need help deciding!!

I have had my 2.8L liquid cooled Kenne Bell for over a year now with about 8k miles, stock engine and no problems. I kept with the Kenne Bell tune that came with it and its is great, I drive my car a lot so I wanted something that was reliable and easy to drive and this was the ticket. It gets...

That is amazing, is it still on the stock clutch?
  9. Boostworks 2.8LC Install + OPG/TG.....The Review!

Awesome choice, i freaking love mine. Just on a side note did you have to cut your hood where the throttle body is? I did on mine, tried to just push it up but could not get it to stay there so just cut it out. Took about 10 minutes to do and you cant tell unless I point it out. Have fun with it.

Which KB kit did you get?
  11. Kenne Bell 3.2LC Build

Nice numbers - There is soooo much more left with that system. What gear was this done in?
  12. Im about to pull trigger on S/C any last thoughts? whipple vs Kenne Bell Vs VMP

I will comment on it, yes you have to remove the SC head to change 3 of the drivers side spark plugs. I replaced my plugs when I did the install so not worried about changing them for a while as they are the NGK plugs. Also it should only take an extra hour or 2 to do that.
  13. Im about to pull trigger on S/C any last thoughts? whipple vs Kenne Bell Vs VMP

Here is a link to a video this guy shot of the car show i was just at, my car is the thumb nail and also i am at the 1:02 mark. [ame] I will post a good pic when I get home later.
  14. Im about to pull trigger on S/C any last thoughts? whipple vs Kenne Bell Vs VMP

I have a KB so I will be bias - the engine mounts really are no big deal I did it in my garage and you get superior mounts when you are done. I did the same as you and considered all S/C and my top 3 were KB, Whipple and Pro Charger. I think any way you go you will be happy - I just liked the...
  15. Kenne Bell 2.8LC

You will not be disappointed with the KB setup. I have had mine installed for a little over a week and love it. The weirdest thing is in 5th gear in a manual boost just seems to come out of nowhere, not in a bad way but in a ear to ear grin way.

  19. John's Boost Works/KB 2.8L Base Kit, 655whp!

Awesome numbers. What is the difference between the stock KB kit and the Boost Works kit? Just curious maybe something for me to think about later on down the road.
  20. KB 2.8l LC Supercharged

I went with Kenne Bell after talking to people who have had them and also install them. Every person was happy with it for the long run. The other big reason is the HP level this kit put out was perfect for me. I am not a guy who is going to track this so making huge numbers (800+) was not that...
