I'm sure you must be right. There just isn't a good angled shot of the Mecum car that shows how far out the splitter really extends on the corner.

For what it's worth I wasn't kidding about the splitter on the Mecum car. That is not the same splitter (too short) as the one on my old R. I find it hard to believe the car isn't legit, could just be a screw-up on the dash plaques, maybe there is no GR453...

Actually that doesn't look like a R splitter on the Mecum car or Ford just screwed up again...

A few people have asked about "any thing not being perfect" on the car. I've attached pictures of the only issue which is a small scrape on the driver side front wheel. One of those things that is not noticeable unless you are looking for it.
