Any set of matching 6.5" coaxial will do.. Preferably same line as your fronts.
I went with the Polk mm line a few years back and extremely happy with them. You can angle the tweeter as desired.

Could be a few things - seat belt tensioners or most likely the passenger occupant sensor (OCS) - if you still have your old seats, try transferring the OCS over and retesting
I've used the pictured silicone on a few spots so far no issues, and says it's safe for metal/glass/rubber. Again you'll only apply a very thin bead on the sides and push it in with your finger.
I see you're in Canada as well; this is available at Canadian Tire and Princess Auto.
Without taking the spoiler off will be very hard next to impossible to fill the gap with 3m tape.
Alternate is to apply black silicone from a squeeze tube along the sides and push it in with your finger. Definitely mask off 1/8 of an in on each side not to mess up your paint.

When the car is running and the left signal is turned on, the lights exhibit this flickering issue.
When the car is off and the hazards are on, the lights work fine.

So I was thinking last weekend on how to re-rewire the rear side markers to operate with the tail turn signals. I have the DD markers and figure it would look slick.
I figure we have a side turn signal in the mirror, why not in the rear as well?
