  3. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

From what I remember his did on 93. But his seemed to not be as severe. I thought he said 6900 rpm it tapered off. I've not seen his e85 graph. I also remember him saying that they kept stock cam timing. Because they saw no increase in power. That was not the case on my car. Cam timing picked...
  4. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

The 11-14 manifold is the next trial. Matt is working on that one. :ford:
  5. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

Do you see from 5300 RPM to 6700 RPM, the torque is relatively flat, then at 6700 RPM, the torque curve starts to take a negative slope. This is what I am talking about. You are making about 8 psi of boost at 6700 PRM (estimating from the chart). On all the Centri cars, you see this...
  6. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

Thats some serious bad gas.. On all my runs with and without flatline. The timing was close on all the runs. Above 6500 RPM, it was 18 to 20 degrees I believe. Did you see the Ken B tuned Vortech dyno chart above? Made serious HP on E85 but flatlines HORRIBLY, just like mine did...
  7. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

If you zoom in on the ProCharger dyno chart in that LINKY LINKY above. Zoom so HP (vertical axis) is stretched out. Show 100 to 600 hp on vertical axis, you will even see that it falls off or flatlines at 6800 RPM. I had some of mine we looked at like that (short vertical axis when plot hp...
  8. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

Here is the one I was talking about that looks just like mine. Tuned by Ken B. http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1463519&postcount=4 And that one is on E85...

  11. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

My Manual trans car on the stock HO kit (but with D1SC and 4.38" pulley) I had no fall off. I didnt have a gauge, but think my boost was in the 8 to 8.5 psi range. Made 604 whp. Dyno plot was shown in post 33 in this thread. This was on 93 octane and Lund tune...
  12. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

Was that a manual trans car? I think it was from the power and torque numbers for the stock kit. And that's 8 or 9 psi boost max?
  13. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

How much boost? Timimg seems low for Lund... Must be not so good gas. Lund tunes very rarely show knock, they are mostly always negative KR.
  14. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

Also with North Carolina 93 octane also. Don't think it has anything to do with octane. It maybe timing related but only so much timimg you can add with 93.
  15. JMS fuelmax question

That is incorrect. The factory fuel pump can supply fuel flow easily to support 600 whp. But the motor needs significant boost pressure to achieve that much power. In my opinion you will never need additional fuel flow at part throttle on the coyote motor. A PD blower would require the most flow...
  16. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

They are commanded open. Which the ecu datalog reports a 1 or 0 for open or closed. There is a pot that rotates to show position feedback. Closed is about 1 volt and open is around 3.94 volts. From what we've seen in datalogs it hold solid at 3.94 volts then after 6000 rpm is tapers down and...
  17. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

I sold my car. So signature is old. I had this problem with stock manifolds and cats and after headers with high flow cats. IT IS 100% not an exhaust or cat issue, this is on the intake side of things.
  18. Procharger D1 HO Kit Dyno Chart 4.1 Pulley - Flat power after 6400 RPM

No fix. Best bet is a GT350 manifold and put a check valve in that line. Or go with IMRC delete plates on stock or GT350 manifold. Or turn boost down to 8 psi and then your curve will look nicer. Or pulley down to make more boost and change shift points back to stock at 6800 rpm.
