  1. Revving the engine (unrequested)- Douche move???

Reminds me of this  [ame] To answer the OP's question, like others have said, it's not douchey but definitely should be aware of your surroundings. I throw a few small revs at traffic lights all the time, not to mention I also rev match when I slow down.
  2. Intake Manifold Tests

You are 100% right and that's why I say that the GT350 manifold is the best all around manifold for anyone that drives their car on the street. Plus, we can paint the top of it pewter and make it look stock ;)
  3. Intake Manifold Tests

You're right, it's probably the best test we'll see for a while, but I don't think the heads or even the CMCV's would make much of a difference. Like I noted, I've seen 3 S197 coyotes install the 350 manifold from stock and their gains were pretty nutty, probably more impressive than I've seen...
  4. Intake Manifold Tests

Not sure what cold air they used on the intakes using the stock throttle body, looks like maybe a K&N? Anyways, all 3 of those combo's were choked by that cold air. The CJ, though not running the best cold air, had a much freer flowing cold air kit than the other 3. I've seen several other cars...
  5. PMAS *Tune Required* Cold Air Intake for Shelby GT350

If you are referring to the dyno graph I posted, if I didn't make it clear, that graph is of a 2013 Mustang GT with the listed intakes. We are still working on GT350 specific numbers from members. The intakes are out there but the info has been very slow to come in, that's why I posted about...
  6. PMAS *Tune Required* Cold Air Intake for Shelby GT350

We are trying to get some testing done but it's going slower than expected. I have been in contact with PMAS and he is willing to supply an intake to a GT350 member who can dyno the car with the stock intake and the PMAS intake in the same day and supply us the results. If you are interested...
  7. Labor Day Sale at Lethal Performance: Whipple, Lund Racing nGauge and MORE!

There are some exclusions such as MAP protected lines. Give us a call and speak with a rep and we should be able to help out or answer any questions. Thanks
  8. PMAS question

Per PMAS, the snorkel is actually a choke point when used with ANY intake kit, including stock, that's why they keep it open and actually say opening it up will benefit more. A lot of "warm" air will make much more power than a little "cooler" air. As far as the MAF, it does not REALLY matter...
  9. Whipple fart

That's the funniest thing I've seen/heard in a long time
  10. PMAS *Tune Required* Cold Air Intake for Shelby GT350

When the No Tune kits are ready, we'll let everyone know and you are correct that the factory tune does have enough fueling to handle that configuration. There is no difference in intakes, just the No Tune kit comes with a calibrated MAF so that the PCM knows exactly how much air is coming in to...
  11. Whats a better platform s550 or s197 for boost.

Go ahead and order one from your local Ford dealer and let me know what it's constructed of ;) I've been dealing with this for a month now.
  12. Whats a better platform s550 or s197 for boost.

    1) there's no issue finding those loaded housings, we have them in stock as well, but finding a housing alone so you can swap everything over is the challenge. 2) you do not want a torsen if you are making a lot of power or plan on launching hard at the track.
  13. PMAS *Tune Required* Cold Air Intake for Shelby GT350

There are plenty of dyno numbers from member here in the GT section if you wanted to read up on those it will give you a good idea. Here is a dyno that PMAS had an independent shop do with their intake vs the JLT on a 2013 Mustang GT. In this test, the car is running the stock tune and uses the...
  14. Clutch Adjustment?

If you're looking to adjust the engagement point of the factory slave cylinder, you will want to go with this adjuster by RAM... http://www.lethalperformance.com/ram-hydraulic-throwout-bearing-travel-adjustment-system.html You will need this adapter fitting as well...
  15. Whats a better platform s550 or s197 for boost.

Depends on what the purpose of the car will be. If it's going to be a 900+ hp drag car, then I believe the S197 is the better platform being lighter and having the solid rear. If it's a cruiser/dyno queen/show car then I would give the edge to the S550 (and really it's personal preference)...
  16. PMAS *Tune Required* Cold Air Intake for Shelby GT350

Some people have differing opinions because it doesn't look like anything else on the market. This intake was designed with flow in mind first and foremost. PMAS did a lot of flow testing with these to ensure they are the highest flowing intakes on the market as well as providing the cleanest...
  17. GT350 Off-Road Legs are in stock at Lethal Performance!

Right now, there is no demand for one and the X currently on the car is not horrible so it's not cost effective at this time. The off road legs have been flying off the shelves so for the moment, we'll continue down this route. This may change in the future, though.
  18. PMAS *Tune Required* Cold Air Intake for Shelby GT350

Yes, Lund does have info and all the required tuning info is also included in the package contents.
  19. PMAS Intake Systems from UPR Products. TUNE AND NO TUNE INTAKES

This. I'm planning on a GT350 manifold and I've already been scoping this out as I will be using the adapter and stock t/b so the coupler will need trimming off the small side.
  20. GT350 Off-Road Legs are in stock at Lethal Performance!

These off road pipes do not remove the resonators, those will stay in place unless you have them cut out.
