I know we've done that combo, I'll have to dig for a picture. You are correct 3 weeks from date the bar is received. This time of year not much leaves the shop ahead of schedule so I would assume the full time. A week of that is typically just having the bar drying. Good to hear!

It will physically fit, when we had one in the shop we had hoped to keep the same part number. From what I remember the hose pushed pretty hard on a wiring harness so we decided to cut the hoses a little different for more clearance. The harness wouldn't bother most people, but we felt enough...

The hose on your can is an OEM Ford hose, the indentations in them is pretty typical from manufacturing. They bend them with heat. We buy the hoses brand new through Ford and trim them to fit this application. In short, no it won't be a problem. Thank you, Vinny

We can sell them unpainted, they are a smooth black plastic. However the plastic shows scratches and molding discoloration from manufacturing. I recommend painting them.

Hey Nick, None installed on a car. I typically think the body color looks better, the whole idea here is to make the area blend in and I believe body color gives that the best look. Thanks, Vinny

We added some retaining "bumps" to the tops and bottom of the ducts in June of 2015, I imagine you guys have the earlier ones. Either way good to see some folks being proactive :)

I'd be interested in seeing these one's that have warped. They shouldn't be able to change shape if they were fully installed over the factory duct from the grill, they are just a slip fit but do require some wiggling to get over it completely. Feel free to PM me pics or email...
