After some engine work, the hood sensor stop working, it´s in alert mode all the time. Anyone knows how this hood ajar sensor works?

I installed it yesterday and I had problems with the left tube, not the muffler. It contacts the sway bar, I tried to adjust It and its impossible. Anyone else with this problem? :shrug:
