Have thought about that too.
Purchase won't be for another few months and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to go about it in order to get the best price.
Have the xplan pin ready to use as well.
I've found the ideal mustang for the best price from a dealer in a different state.
Specifically koons ford in VA I believe. They seem to have the best priced listings so far.
How would I go about purchasing this vehicle?
Can I have the car shipped to the local ford dealer here in FL...
Can you or someone post the thread for the guy that made the custom GT exhaust using the $69 xpipe and $250 dollar exhaust?
I read it a couple days ago and cannot for the life of me find it again
Thanks for any help!
Thanks for the info
I couldn't find specifically what grade stainless steel they were.
But since you are indicating they are made of grade 304, shouldn't their price be higher?
I'll have to look into the materials used by Gibson as they offer the lowest priced cat back that happens to sound good to my ear.
Thanks for the input guys!
Hey fellas,
as the title suggests, I've found exhaust pricing to be all over the place and I'm not sure why.
Why (in terms of cat back only for 5.0) would Gibson's exhaust kit from latemodelrestoration cost ~$650 versus, for example, magnaflow and ford racing which are well north of $1000...
Like the mods you've done so far! You mentioned earlier that you'd post some DIY instructions for the speaker replacement, will you still be able to post them?
I think you've convinced me of a base model gt! It looks much more upscale with the red trim.
I would however be missing the MyColor that premiums have and wonder if there is a way to get some decent led placement in the base model other than ford's lame 3 led option from factory.
