Victory is MINE! Just did a successful upgrade. Looks like the bigger USB was the key to the solution. I used a 32gb and reformatted it to exFAT... worked like a charm! Thank you guys for the help...This is why I love this forum.

Thanks for the help with this... I've got a bigger flash drive I can use that I will try next. Stay tuned for next update.

Current USB is 8GB, but I have only been formatting in FAT32. Ill try exFAT next. VIN is 1FA6P8TH9G5202683 UPDATE: Just tried reformatting to exFAT and tried update again. Still ran into same error of running out of storage space or incompatible with this version.

@Busser Today was when I noticed the temp differences between ambient and IAT. For intance, it was about 65 degrees outside and my IAT was running at 78. Granted this was after a quick drive previously where the engine bay probably had some warmth in it. Just wasnt expecting such a big difference.
