Curious on who here runs these events. What have you done to your car to maximize performance? Also is there any one that has claimed the fastest n/a 5.0 in the mile or 1/2 mile events? :)
I've been playing with the idea long enough.
Drag racing is fun, but it's got a lot of down sides as well. Long wait times to run a few times down a track. Drive train doesn't like the launching. It's fun but I'm ready for something different.

My dss800 passenger axle broke last weekend at the track. 463 rwhp n/a mustang gt. Mods in signature.

Figured that 275 wide is still enough for a n/a application. Ordered them should have them friday.

I had 305 nitto nto5r's and they rubbed the fenders a little bit on hard launches.
Have you done a parts list total? I just did mine for over 2 years of mods to my car.... ... Here is where I'm at on my N/A mustang.

I have been running the gt350 manifold for a while with the stock Gt throttle body, mmr spacer/adapter, JLT cai, stock injectors and flex fuel tune. Runs great and drive ability was excellent.
The other thread about injectors really had me thinking so I went ahead and got the Ford racing...
Does Procharger offer a kit that fits a 5.0 with GT350 IM and TB?
My next modifications are clutch, drive shaft, OPG, and supercharger. I already have the GT350 IM and TB, and wanting to make sure I don't have any tuning issues with a power adder.

Looking for a drag race set up.
Could be just rear wheels and slick or complete set up.
I currently have PP replicas 19x10 with nto5r drag radials and want something more aggressive.

Just finished the install and can't wait to go to the track.

I'm thinking about putting the stock mufflers on with my long tubes. I'm overall not happy with the MBPR set up with off road long tubes. It's too loud and very raspy almost ricer can ricey.

I'm going off road headers and one of my back o2 sensors are stuck in the old pipe. I thought with the tune these are turned off any way. Can I just plug up the back two bung holes and not worry about running the back two sensors?
