I've used 3m red scotch rite pad to clean up using very little pressure ,been doing the same for fox body exhaust tips for 30 years with no problems.

I have question concerning pumps I know ford racing recommended Weldon pump,when researching parts I’ve also seen people install mocal pumps briefly looking at specs gpm , temp limits are the same only difference is amps I believe Weldon is 5.5 amps and mocal is 8 .Just wondering if I’m missing...

I do have a question to other tech owners that adapted is there a ford part number for the bolt when installing scoop/duct for cooler or is the same bolt for block off plate ?
