Well, tomorrow is 7/17. Aren't the 2018 order banks supposed to open, or has that changed?

The orange fury is a metallic paint. It almost looks pearl. Every picture I've seen looks different. Some not so good, some worst. The dealers have the actual paint samples. I've looked at the orange sample in the sun and it looks good.

The orange is ok but has to have stripes. If the R doesn't get the stripe option, I'm out. Could put a TAXI sign on the top and make some side money around town...??? I like race red, but no stripes with that either. Maybe white with blue...???...a traditional Shelby look. :shrug:

I want to see the orange fury and it better be available with strips!!! I don't think the red strip and red calipers would look bad. It actually should pull more orange out of that color.

Is the red outline stripe exclusive to the R?

The red doesn't make since to me. No stripes for the R...???...we'll see what they do with the orange.

Yea. I'll wait. What's another month? I'm curious as to whether my dealer will be able to get an R. Also colors. If the orange is without stripes only, that will push me to the race red. Just don't understand why you wouldn't be able to get racing strips on a racing car...???...weight reduction...

I guess they just don't have the demand as in the states. If R production isn't going to start until late winter, early spring, isn't that getting close to GT500 time?

Probably because it's the last year for the 350 and they don't want to change what is already unique body work for just one year....:shrug:

I guess time will tell and I need to be patient. None of the dealers in our area have heard anything about the 18MY....:shrug:
