Can one of you guys with steeda springs check your rear perch and see if the passenger side is lower than the drivers side? Thanks.
  2. Lowered my car. Have question

Me and my buddy who is a mechanic installed my steeda progressive springs this afternoon. I noticed when I got home and looked under my car my passenger side perch is sitting lower than the drivers side perch. Springs were installed right with the tails of the springs sat in the right place...
  3. can't decide on lowering my daily

What camber plate did you use?
  4. Steeda springs come tomorrow. Question on camber/caster

My mechanic buddy said I would be fine without anything just lowering it the way I am. He said any lower I should get some plates. I'm torn between the plates or lowering it as is. if I should get the plates I'll save up a little more. Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the new camber...
  5. Steeda springs come tomorrow. Question on camber/caster

I ordered the sport springs for my eco. It should drop the front 1.3 and the backs 1". I also have some BMR caster camber bolts coming. This is the only mod I'm going to do lowering the car. I have the PP model. Will the camber bolts work or should I save for the caster camber plates? I...
  6. Still Time to Save Up To 30% Off - Steeda's Memorial Day Sale

canceled my SR performance springs this morning and bought the Steeda ecoboost progressives a little while ago. I just kept seeing that a 1" overall drop still made the front sit a little higher then the back. Will these that I ordered give it a nice even drop all the way around?
  7. can't decide on lowering my daily

Thanks for the replies guys. I went with the Steeda progressive eco springs with BMR camber bolts. This should give me the look I want.
  8. can't decide on lowering my daily

I want to lower my PP Eco but can't really decide on whether to do it or not. I'm looking at the CJ Pony parts 1'' lowering springs with BMR camber adjustment bolts. My car mostly sees highway miles (about 100 miles a day) with the occasional speed bumps etc... Since I drive mine more than...
  9. black smoke on cold start

I talked to a mechanic a little while ago about it and he said its normal on a cold startup. Just the nature of the eco engine. I also pulled my MM catch can canister and noticed about an ounce of oil finally. I have been playing with the bypass adapter a lot so this makes sense. I am a...
  10. black smoke on cold start

There is no oil collected in 2k miles yet but it is wet inside the can if that makes sense. Im thinking the C&L bypass adpater might be causing it since this is the first time it has happened but that doesn't really make sense either. I just started it again on a cold start and it didn't...
  11. black smoke on cold start

Just hit 4K miles on my PP eco. Mods done are minimal(MM catch can,C&L blow off adapter,KN air filter and MBRP catback). A buddy of mine wanted to hear the C&L blow off adapter today and he pointed out that I had black smoke coming out of my right rear exhaust tip. No tunes done yet. I think...
  12. Installed jacking rails. Have question

I just finished putting on my s550 jacking rails. I noticed they are slightly angled going toward the center of the vehicle and hope this is normal. I also had to slightly open up two holes on the driver side rail so it would line up with the factory hole locations. Input on this would be...
  13. Bypass valve adapter pros and cons

I'm wanting that blow off noise to be louder then what it is now. One of the reasons I went with the EB. American Muscle has the C&L with good reviews but wanting some more experienced opinions from you guys. It looks pretty easy to take back off once it's on so if my car has to go to the...
  14. someone point me in right direction (spacers)

It seems my google skills are lacking. I'm looking for direction on how to go forward with 1" billet spacers or leave the car the way it is. I get conflicting views on spacers and in general for the mustang. I currently own a EB PP and would like the cars tires to stick out a little and for...
  15. Quick question on catch can

Two days ago I had my mechanic buddy install a mishimoto catch can on my PP ecoboost. I read somewhere that certain models have a pressure relief valve and I want to make sure I don't need anything else that should be installed with this unit for it to work properly. Thanks
