So im putting together a turbo kit based on the budget thread by gimmie11's. Not knowing that much about turbo sizing I wanted too see what the thought was on this spec.
Tech Specs:
Air Inlet: 3"
Compressed Air Outlet: 2"
Bearing: Dual Ball Bearing
Turbine Housing Flange: Standard T4
Exhaust...
Anything that involves moving electronics like that is a straight no for me. I can turn a wretch but that lightning in a wire is bad juju for me..things go boom or I hurt myself lol
Expanding the existing vents in the hood helps with the hood flex...though I get some at speed when a big truck passes the opposite direction. Also you can adjust your hood bumpers some as well
I wasn't aware of that issue....I do know they ripped a few people off though....even more reason not to buy from them ever though.
Why is the HP and Torque all over the place about mid way? Mind you im by no means good at looking at those plots but it seems it shouldn't be like that...should...
Boostworks is banned from this board for a reason. They like to rip off their customers... very very bad reputation.
Do some research on them before you spend any coin.
That's my understanding except your going to have to fab your own oiling and return system, Boost control system and any electric wiring. Its not a totally plug and play. The big parts are there but you have to provide the small stuff. For sure not for the faint of heart and will require...
