  1. Resonator Delete H-Pipe...Is there a difference?

I never thought of having the muffler shop create the H pipe. Dumb question: would it affect the sound from what I have heard of the H pipes above? I assume the airflow would still be the same. I have a custom Dyno tune so a new tune would not be required right?
  2. Resonator Delete H-Pipe...Is there a difference?

I will be taking it to a muffler shop that installed the Roush ABs. They spot weld as part of installation.
  3. Resonator Delete H-Pipe...Is there a difference?

That is a great point I believe CJPP has forum discount code if I message them. I will look into that and see if that price point drives my decision. The missing brace on it that the AM one has could help stability. Did you have any rattling noises or was yours spot welded?
  4. Resonator Delete H-Pipe...Is there a difference?

That is a great point. I didn't notice that in the picture until you pointed it out. I will definitely take that into consideration.
  5. Resonator Delete H-Pipe...Is there a difference?

I have scoured the internet for sound clips of resonator delete H-pipes vs X-pipes. I currently have the Roush Axle Back exhaust and after research in sound, I have settled on an H-pipe for my next exhaust upgrade. The problem that I am running into now is that the prices vary for what...
  6. A/C Evaporator Factory Defect

I have also joined the Evap Core issue like everyone else. My '15 GT just hit 18k miles right after a pretty humid week in Dallas. Like everyone, the passenger side was a little cooler than the driver's side and when turning the AC on I could hear what sounded like water trickling in the vents...
  7. CJ Pony Parts Forum Discount Code

I saw that your Aluminized H-Pipe Resonator Delete for 15-17 is part of the End of Year Blowout, but the MRT is not. Do you have a code that I can use to help with the cost of the MRT? I understand it can't get as cheap as the aluminized H pipe, but I would appreciate any savings that can be...
  8. Roush CAI w/ Bama 93P Tune, engine knocking

Great insight. I ended up having the car dyno tuned by a local shop and they were able to confirm that some of the S550's can not handle the high timing during the tune process and the possible cause of the issue was due to the fact that Bama might have created their tune on an engine that could...
  9. Best Gas in DFW - Tune Purposes

Thanks, HPP is really close to me and they seemed to be floating around in threads on forums so I checked them out and will see the results this coming week. I realized that an email tune was more necessary in CA and not as much in DFW. Learned the hard way but now I am trying to become more...
  10. Best Gas in DFW - Tune Purposes

Thanks I appreciate the advice. I am afraid it might have been an "excuse" from the email tuner as to why there were issues. Just wanted to reach out to see if anyone had any thoughts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Got pulled over, no front plate

I have not put my license plate on (luckily the dealership did not screw the holes) but I have a flip-up license plate bracket that was on sale for when the inevitable comes. My wife was actually pulled over by our local police for a speeding ticket and never once was mentioned that her front...
  12. Best Gas in DFW - Tune Purposes

I am scheduled to go down to HPP Racing this coming week to have a Dyno Tune performed and I have been a strong believer of Shell gas, but have recently heard mixed reviews. The feedback for Shell was that there are too many additives that it lowers the octane of 93 to perform more like ~92...
  13. Potential Knocking with Bama Tune

Thanks all for the advice, I think that I am going to reach out to the DFW local forum and see if there are any recommendations for local Dyno tune shops and spend the $$$ to get it fixed before I have major damage that will cost many times over what the tune will cost.
  14. Potential Knocking with Bama Tune

Yes, as paul123@ stated, I paid another $150 to add a subscription for my new S550 and had Bama provide a new tune.
  15. Potential Knocking with Bama Tune

Right?!?! Yea I had a Bama tune for my 05 V6 in California and had no problems so I thought that tune would seamlessly roll over to my S550 when I sold my 05. It has turned out to not be worth it but I am out the $150 more for "Free tunes for Life" so I am seeing my options before dropping them...
