I'd agree with the many people won't track this car argument with most other trims including the pp1, but the pp2 trim is for the road course crowd. Will it cater to the masses with less interior bells and whistles and that price tag? There will be a much higher percentage of pp2 taken to the...
Post in the road course section indicates the rear diff gets hot if the car is driven hard enough.
Exactly, although switching to a heavier fluid fixes the issue for some, the lack of a diff cooler worries me a bit. I'm still hoping for a mustang purchase soon but I have to say the pp2 on...
I agree. I also believe neutral rev videos don't do exhaust systems justice. 9 times out of 10 the exhaust note with the engine under load sounds better.
Fair enough. My experience was obviously different but I don't believe it's fair to label the car undrivable due to one perspective. However, just because I didn't have any issues doesn't mean others won't have problems.
It's really not that bad. I can say its different but it took me all of 5 minutes to get used to the submarine feel. People act like driving a Camaro is similar to driving around blind folded.
I'm in the same boat. I rented a Camaro for a week to see how I mesh with it in my day to day routine. My experience is the complaints about visibility are overrated. My wife preferred the interior on the mustang so we'll see if the 18GT closes the small performance gap.
If I'm not mistaken he mentioned that particular Mustang was having issues maintaining traction on the 1-2 shift. He did say the car can and has run 10s and is faster than his Camaro. A lot of guys on that thread do ignore this and start bashing the Mustang though. The OP defends the Mustang and...
I'm patiently waiting for my time to buy. While I wait there's a gtpp, eco boost with pp, v6 very and as of last week another gtpp driven by some fit chick who prances around in yoga pants at my complex. I'd weather buy a house first before a new car but man it's tempting!
I haven't seen any runs either. However, camaro6 does have a member who has "full bolt on" numbers. Like you said he made about 470hp and 460tq.
His mod list: So I have cai/cai, ported tb, msd intake manifold, kooks 1 7/8 headers, no cats and 3inch all the way back...
If you watch these two videos back to back I think the Roush system with the x pipe is the closest to sounding like the voodoo. It's slightly deeper but the character is similar.
