I have a set of steeda lowering springs along with my performance pack struts/shocks. I switched over to the ford racing complete suspension set up.
The rear shocks are not in picture but are included.

I just had the steeda sport springs installed and when I go slow over uneven pavement it sounds like metal clanking. Going over speed bumps is worse. I had the dealer check everything and could not find anything loose. It might be my struts bottoming out. I have the stock PP shocks and struts...
The install is a breeze if you have access to a lift, on jack stands it's a little challenge but not bad at all. Yes, the shifts are much smoother and have more of a click in and out of gears.
