Okay getting a little bit suspicious now not 100% sure whether it's been flushed out completely or if the tank is stained ...... the top half is green the bottom orange ( maybe brown ish) hmmmmmm? Is there anyone out there that can take a picture of their coolant tank and maybe a shot inside...

You guys were right ….. it’s the oil cooler that failed……. Looking on the web it looks like Ford are starting to recall them in the US. Could be a expensive fix if they don’t get this right …… check your coolant guys. Thanks again guys for your advice .
