The reason I post this topic, as I have not received the resolution of shipping issue neither from AM customer support nor from i-parcel and the level of customer support.
I've made a shipment order to Europe of a product from AM website on April 5th, with an option you are offering of 3-4 business days UPS saver shipment (most expensive one). As of April 13th I have not received the paid parcel and UPS does not know when I will, their response is - “look at tracking system or we are working on it” (very informative). Your customer support representative said it's not AM issue, and that I need to contact i-parcel. But I've made my choice of most expensive, fast shipping terms based on your website offer and AM charged my credit card and have offered only i-parcel as a shipper. If I knew that it would take longer I would choose different shipper, but you only working with them. So, for the late delivery (if there would be one) I need a reimbursement from you or i-parcel for the difference between my tariff and the slowest one, as you charged my credit card, not UPS.
For your benefit, you need to put a disclaimer that you are not responsible for international shipments. At your website you have “American Muscle has partnered with UPS i-parcel to handle their international payment collection and shipping.”
With increased Mustang sales overseas you need to work with yours and UPS customer support and understand better the shipping terms and duration.
