Yes, that can happen if you aren't super careful or use one that has even a millimeter of movement when on.

there will be movement no matter what. that's what those 2 spoilers on the top of the bra is, to try to keep it from flapping as best as it can

Don't think this one will move. This thing is stretched so tight side to side, I was worried about bowing the hood. I'm surprised they didn't have you roll it onto the hood like a condom.

I've seen lots like you are talking about, where you could lift up the edge and maybe even slide a finger under it.

Sorry you got burned by a less well designed and engineered piece when they maybe couldn't do any better. I know it was common and still is because some are still pretty hard on paint. Covercraft sells one like that too for less money. Makes me cringe to think about.

yep, mine was made by colgan. it looks like covercraft owns them these days.

Purchased my first S550. 2015 Comp Orange GT/PP. Got a great deal and it only has 13K miles on it.

Finally made it out to a cars n coffee. Heading to the Natural Bridge Dragway with some friends here shortly.

Ford sent me an offer to upgrade from my 2015 to a 2017. My 15 had 86,000 miles on it and was about ready for a clutch and some other work. So I looked into it and got a great deal on the 17 after some initial hiccups.

The Magnetic color may also help with being less visible to my speed enforcement friends. Competition Orange draws the eye pretty readily.

My wife, kids and I love the convertible. Tons of fun.
