Does anyone know if there is a fuse diagram in the mustang manual for the passenger kick panel fusebox?

Looking for 2017 EcoBoost Premium

Is it safe to pull the fuse number 23 to use as remote wire? It's 0 voltage without ignition and 11.8 with ignition.

Did fuse 23 work fine for the remote wire ?

Anyone know the size of the fuses? I bought some mini ATM apm add a fuse. But they are a lil too small.
