WoW ZL1's are cheap

What is the deal with why the Zl1's are so cheap now? They are in the low 30's when in my area a 2008-2009 GT500 is in the same price range with similar mileage and a same year GT500 is at least 5-8k more.

Are they having quality issues? Or is it that the new SS 1LE is about the same performance?

Damn. Around 35k for a 2015 ZL1 in phx. 2013 GT500 still around 50k

Iven more as in my area some are 32-33k.

They are not holding their value AT ALL. I wonder if its a quality issue? I can't find any reason though other than people just maybe don't like that style Camaro?

From my experience, Camaro's don't have many issues. Similar to mustangs, they're solid cars. Style for sure, maybe because the new body style is out?

Regardless, I can't imagine turning away from that kind of car for just a few more than a left over base 2017 GT PP. I prefer mustangs and would rather have a gt500, but a zl1 is a BEAST of a car for less than 35 grand.

Why get a ZL1 when you can get a 1le SS which brand new for under 40k?

The new Camaro SS is faster in a straight line and around the track...

I hadnt checked the market, but the Zl1 held value very well last i checked. It musr habe recently took a pummel.

I'm sure for the 8K difference the ZL1 would destroy the SS.

Yes the SS runs 11's all day. And has a higher profit margin, retail sales, etc.....

The SS runs mid 12s... Do you mean the SS 1LE? I believe that's faster around a track than the ZL1. Or do you mean the new ZL1? Which is definitely faster

Regardless, a used zl1 for 35k is a better deal than a new SS for low 40s yeah?
