MMR can we get a response on the lightweight crank pulley? There seems to be some interest in here for one.
Haha you might have scared them off!

While it would be nice, I understand if they do not create any new pulleys... Hard to justify R&D on products you mostly likely will not sell a whole lot of...

Hahaha I think I may have :headbonk: While I totally understand why the cost to benifit ratio may not be there, I just wanted a response

Well I finally got the pulley installed today. Fitment is great, definitely lighter then the stock pulley, and was a pretty painless install.

Now I am either crazy, this is a placebo effect, or this is actually real but I swear I felt a difference in power delivery after the install. It feels as though the car is putting a few more TQs to the wheels.... A bit more responsive then it used to be.

I reported the same findings, even though most would beat me upside the head for it lol. The engine does feel more "free'd up" (comparable to an A/C delete or something). Whether it does something or not, it really looks good under the hood of our cars.

Is the pulley just lighter? Does it do Anything detrimental to the engine long term?

I compared the two before installing and the MMR pulley is just lighter. No diameter change and as such should not cause any harm to the engine long term.

They would have to sell a certain amount to make a profit, so some bean counter thinks they wouldn't sell enough and lose money, which I don't blame them that business.. I suggested they have a pre order on their site for the rest of the pulleys and if they hit the magic number were they turn a profit then they can go into production and if not just refund everyone back the preorder money, or even some sort of gofunme page. But don't know if that's still feasible, I work in the trades not business lol ;)

You never know, lurkers could be interested and they may add up enough in numbers.
I posted before but I would still be interested in more lightweight pulleys.
