Purolator Boss oil filter?

2016 Ruby GT PP. Former 2016 Ecoboost owner.
I recently purchased 8 quarts of Royal Purple at a local advance auto for my 16 GT. It came with a Purolator Boss Oil Filter. Any experience/thoughts on these?

The car has 18k miles on it. This will be first oil change I will perform on it. I had the dealer perform changes with Mobil 1 full synthetic at around 6k and 12k.

The Purolator Boss isn't very efficient ... rated at 99% at 40 microns. Many filters out there that are 95% to 99% at 20 microns.

That site is nice but seems extremely outdated. Maybe not updated since 2003. Thats a long time and im sure there have been changes made.

I used the boss filter with mobil 1 at my first oil change. After 4k miles i switched it out for amsoil and a wix filter. All i can say is it didnt break in those 4k easy miles.

Millions of mustangs with MC filters getting oil changed every 10000 miles beat on old engines and stuff. The OEM filter is perfectly fine.
