Getting a mustang soon and I'll be adding a roush supercharger to it. Car won't be tracked, Just a couple for highway pulls. It will be daily driven in extreme heat. 110-130 degrees.
Couple of Questions
1) is a non-PP auto going to have cooling issues?
2) will a stick car need any other upgrades?
3)Anything else I should watch out for?

Your location says Illinois. Are you sure it is not Saudia Arabia or Death Valley. Temps there in Illinois extreme would be 90-100.

If temps will be that bad, I would look into turbo or centri.

for 14k miles i DD'd my kenne bell non-pp auto. stock trans, stock motor besides oil pump gear and timing gear. stock manifolds and cats and just a catback. car ran just fine with 0 heat issues. it was never in traffic much but even in a drive through it never got all that hot. factory thermostat as well.

gotta ask why turbo? pretty sure they run the hottest ... centri from my understanding would be lowest IAT.
Depending on turbo set up for under hood temps. But iat's for centri and turbo should be comparable with a good intercooler. There are several other variables but pd blowers have the highest iat's.

We rent the road course here in Kansas when we stress test our kits/tunes.

2.5 mile road course and we play until we run out of tires or brakes. :)

Our kit has no overheating issues in its stock form, runing stock boost and tuning.

I don't have any overheating issues with my Roush. I have a 170 degree thermostat with my radiator fans coming on earlier because of the tune, and my CHT's almost always stay below 200 degrees. Usually 190-196 no matter how I'm driving it. Now the Texas boys on here will laugh at me because I think PA. gets hot (and humid), if it reaches 90 degrees, that's pretty d*mn hot for me. So if you're in their temps, some cooling fans for your heat exchanger would probably really help. I don't need them up here. And upgrades for a stick car? . . . . .Get that IRS squared away. Bushings, support braces or cradle lock-out, alignment bushings, half shafts and wider tires.
