Im wondering if adding viking shocks to my else stock suspension helps to get traction on a bad prep surface?

Im manual, using 28" Hoosier Slicks and I get 1.64 60' , so Im wondering if I would add vikings if it would help with traction and lower it to 1.5s

If the car spins after hooking, then yes.

Noticed you don't have any IRS mods in your signature. The CB005 will definitely help get all of it to the ground.

The crusaders will be pretty firm and will have to be set very soft to have near OEM ride. Kelly will have better knowledge of where to set them.
