Finally got the paxton daily out to the track and after a several hour rain delay I got to make just 4 passes... First ever runs on a bias ply full hoosier slick also, which ended up being awesome and I only launched the car at 3K, I think she had a 1.4x 60' in her had a stalled up to say 3500-3600. Best pass of the day was a 10.38 @ 135 against a 1100whp GTR. After I got home and reviewed the logs I also found out I was on my pump gas tune and only running 14-16deg of timing advance, it should of been 21-22 on MS109... All in all im pretty happy i think it will do 9s with the good tune up and or maybe some cat deletes or headers! Full weight 4000lbs

Good shit. Some extra timing and no cats will help big time.

Not bad at all, I actually don't even notice it since I've got used to it.

What are the side effects? More gas needed to get moving?

U might get a better 60ft without stalling the convertor up like that, mine likes to leave around 1200 rpm, anything else and I start to lose on the 60 ft,just something u might try.

Depends on the convertor,I have a 3800 stall and unless I'm leaving at wot or close to it I don't notice any difference.Leaving under heavy load u can notice the convertor flash in first before it finally locks up.

Nice pass! Sucks you had the wrong file loaded in the car...that’s quite a bit of power difference if you were down 6-8* of advance. You have the converter locked in 2nd?

Awesome.

Which Paxton kit is this? I'm pretty sure I'm going to wind up with the Beefcake 2200SL kit (probably running through stock exhaust mani).

Hahaha, yeah, that GTR has some balls - F-in AWD, was probably running on regular street tires :D

What's impressive is that the awd didn't play that much of a part in this race, his 60 ft sucked 1.8 and to still come fly in by like that, that car had to be making some serious hp.

Nice run. low 10's @134 is rolling out and hooking up. You will def get into the 9's with some tweaks.

You need to get that thing back to the track and bust off a 9.7-9.8. That is easily obtainable with your mods. Try launching at 1500. Your 60ft should be mid 1.4.
