New Whipple Issue Help

Does anyone know what will cause the trottle body to make a clicking noise every three minutes while the car is off? It started doing this after a whipple install. It seems like the fuel system is priming as well and it might be flooding the car. The car runs fine otherwise. It is a 2015 GT with Whipple Stage 2 and whipple tune.

Everytime the key is detected by proximity sensor, the system will ready itself.

We figured it out and it had nothing to do with Whipple install. The shop connected the lund boost box to clutch switch and the car thought the pedal was pressed in constantly. We unhooked that and all is well.
