Unlike a manual swap from one unit to another, a swap to an auto will require more than just he hardware and miscellaneous parts. It also requires the PCM, TCM and BCM to work. So while not impossible, it will be much more involved than swapping out the MT82 for a TR6060 or a 6R80. You will probably have to gut the car to remove and rework all of the wiring and computers.If it could be done with the updated dash, steering wheel, built converter, and CF driveshaft for less than 8k installed, I'd do it.
But again, it's speculation right now. In reality though, if a rather straight forward swap to a TR6060 costs upwards of 5-6k, I can't begin to imagine what it would cost to do the 10 speed auto swap.
