Sounds good,
For your tune, you will be best served with a pro tune rather than a canned tune.
Look into colder plugs for your tune as well.

Look into FMIC due to heat soak in Aussie conditions :) From what everyone here says its the #1 upgrade to get.

From my reading and I have only been doing so for a short time, the stock air box is actually really good so consider a drop in filter and used saved money towards FMIC :)

I am keeping exhaust stock as I don't want attention, but got the MAP Street Intercooler (Can be installed without removing bumper), Cobb AP, went with K&N and Mishimoto Catch can. Once I get all put in, I'll get an E-Tune from Tune+ to get some more out of it in a as safe way as possible.

Should be good for 260-270kw without being too obvious and a cop magnet

Won't the stock exhaust be restrictive?

Iazsep, I am sure a nice 3" exhaust/down pipe will add some power and can probably be tuned for much more, but for what I want I dont think there will be an issue especially on the stock turbo.

Besides if I do go for an exhaust down the track, it would only be cat back (warranty again), so I dont think there is much in it keeping the stock down pipe. I am no mechanic/tuner so my comments are strictly from snooping and reading these (and other) forums prior to finally getting the balls to do some minor mods.

Also consider tuners like Tune+ will not tune you with a stock intercooler.
Aftermarket IC is required for his service.

As heavy as the EB is I decided to upgrade the front calipers and rotors to the GT/ecoboost PP .

Since your all concerned about performance you should atleast consider being able to STOP this heavy platform .

I can only imagine how nice the GT stoppers would be (Here they have 6 pot Brembos from memory) - but to be honest, I haven't had any issues with brakes at all. Just last week I had to do emergency braking when a muppet decided to try and hit me on a roundabout..

Obviously havent put them on the track so cant comment on that but I haven't felt them fade yet or had any issues pulling the car up quick.

I had an eco. I would go with 1. Intercooler, 2. Colder Spark Plugs, 3. Catback Exhuast 4. CustomTune

Then when you get the funds,
1. Oil separator 2. Tires 3. Upgraded Waste Gate 4. Downpipe
and retune

have fun!

Catback actually helps other than sound?

Power wise, you might pick up like 5 horsepower tops or something small. Depending on the catback, you may get a nice weight reduction. I believe the stock catback is about 50lbs. At the end of the day, you should just pick up the catback that sounds best to you.
