Procharger stage 2 d1x or twins?

Currently on the car is ho kit with a p1sc on e85. I've outgrown this kit because of my altitude on a 3.40 pulley. The 6 rib cannot handle a smaller pulley. I have a buyer for my procharger kit at 4k. Do i go twins, or buy a stage 2 procharger kit with the d1x and turn her up to 15psi? Im trying to land at 800whp.

The pc would be cheaper so i could get a gt350 mani, but will it get me to 800? The twins are obviously great for power but the IATs and the fact that people are waiting forever worries me. And on top of that Hellion seems to be the only kit people have actual experience with. Why are there so few people running turbo setups? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was at 788rwhp at 15psi without the GT350 IM. I would guess 800 should be doable.

PC can upgrade the internals on your P1 to the D1X

you should be able to get to 800 wheel with either setup, just depends on your goals and budgets, the pc and hellion kits are both very nice setups

Its 1750 to have my p1 turned into a d1x. If i sell my ho. Kit for 4k, a stage 2 tuner kit with d1x is like 6300. So for 500$ more i can ditch the entire ho kit and upgrade to stage 2. I really like the pc setup, ease of maintenance etc, just strange there are not a lot of people over 800 whp. With them.

Most people choose the smaller P1 I would think. D1x is sexy, Id love one.

I have the p1 now with a 3.40 pulley only making 11 psi because of this colorado altitude. Im really thinking the d1x because it's more efficient would be great for this altutude running 15psi.

Manifold is swap is a cake walk if you did blower (not that it is difficult). I did get the install kit that is sold by JDM for a butt raping $80 but makes the swap very easy.

Ill probably get the kit just for easy installation. How are your vacuum hoses routed on the procharger setup? Ive got a breather setup so I'm sure the hose routing will be minimal.
