Whenever you want and as much or as little tread as you want. Depends how long you roast them. Enjoy!!!

I've only used it twice but once you do it, it's so damn easy and tempting to keep using that damn feature. Since I don't drag race, it's only used for special occasions now :D

I like to disassemble things.
Nice to see the flag get treated properly. That said, I've yet to use that feature on my car.

Man I get nasty looks from neighbors for just putting my car in sport mode.

Cool video...

Awesome but I would like to know how much tread life it cost us per burnout

This was amazing.

I saw Lee Greenwood perform that song live at Opryland when I was 13 circa 1992. Not something you brag about to your friends..

No one can tell you that. If you want you can measure the tread depth before and after and calculate it yourself. Too many variables at play...pavement condition, temperature, burnout time, vehicle weight, etc.

So if you burn your tread off are your rear tires actually better for the track.... basically home made slicks.

... not exactly right.... tire compound loses grip as it wears out and gets burned by multiple heat/cold cycles... and let's not talk about a track day in wet.

Slick tires are designed from scratch with that pattern for maximum grip, different cattle of fish.

This is what happens with no track days, 11000 miles and about 5 line lock sessions.

Time to pick out some new shoes.

On the plus side, looks like a solid alignment - at least on that wheel! :D
