My advice, before you buy ask for the VIN. It made my car work perfectly and I have been working with others on the same thing. What we need is a comprehensive sheet of code changes specific to Mustang. We all (swaps from base to Sync 3 and MFT to Sync 3) really need to compare and contrast our ACM/APIM changes and figure out a good baseline for people to use.
Never heard of this, will have to try my GF's SamsungOnce Ford figures out the issue with ringer volume going to max after disconnecting from the system I'll jump in with the full Sync3 swap and assist with the as-built mods required to do the swap. Every single car I've driven with the newer system has had that issue on my 5s and 7, but not my GS7
7D0-03-01 xxxx x4xx xxxx enables the shutdown screen, but be aware, it also changes the theme of the screen as well.Ford GT Splash Screen. Little search I figure it out how to change it. But, it does do that, and I just need to figure out how to change to do it at shut down with out the Ford Logo.
Change the "6" to a "D"

Vid of not my car.
You won't have the issue on a Samsung device, only on an iPhone. Anytime I use CarPlay or have the phone connected using music streaming on a Sync3 system, the ringer volume goes full blast, and does not come back down once the phone is disconnected. I have experienced this on a Mustang, F150, and 2 Fusions, with version 2.0 and 2.2 on both Fusions.Never heard of this, will have to try my GF's Samsung
Only way I know is on for example the sct x4 or other.I looked around but didn't see if anyone knows if we can raise the "shift light" rpm?
Any success with this?Im pleased to say that the double horn honk works a treat! :hail:
Now looking for the binary code for the auto wing mirrors folding once locked the car (rather having to press the darn button every time).......
nope.....I've seen a few things about the radio here and there, but is there a way to get it to start up when remote starting the car?
What does it mean? It's an update to Sync2? Or the fact that Sync3 doesn't use an SD card?- Enable Navigation on MyFord Touch System that didn't ship with navigation (NOTE: Ford has currently blocked this method, and for now it is no longer possible)
That's interesting because I have an iPhone and it never does that. I mentioned her Samsung bc I thought you were implying it was an issue with Android Auto. You won't have the issue on a Samsung device, only on an iPhone. That might be some old info.Sorry if this has been answered before....
I want to activate the navigation on my Sync2, but this sentence on the first post makes me doubt.
